Negotiations Update!

In anticipation of the negotiations survey coming out, there will be a member of your AFA Horizon Air MEC Negotiation Committee in the SEA crew room on Thursday, October 18th from 06:00 - 12:00 and Friday, October 19th in PDX crew room from 10:00 - 14:00.

Participation in the survey is an important first step in developing the contract opener to inflight management. This is your opportunity to tell us what's important to you and your work/life balance, what you would like to see improved. We will then take your information, collectively as a group, and focus our energy at the negotiations table to secure those improvements most important to all Flight Attendants. Our success, as your voice at the negotiations table, relies on each of you participating in this survey.

During the crew room sits, there will be a signup sheet for updating your personal email address if you have not had the opportunity to do so. Once the survey is completed, an access code will be sent to the personal email address you have listed with Horizon AFA.

All AFA information, including the AFA survey access code will NOT be sent to your company email address.

Participation in the survey is confidential and it's important that all Flight Attendants not share the survey questions with inflight management.
