It’s that time of year again for the Uniform Replacement Bank Rollover.

On January 1st of each new year, the company will credit the Uniform Replacement Bank of full-time employees with $300; part-time flight attendants and flight attendants who are ineligible for benefits will be awarded $190. Page 131 of the contract 12.D.2

If you are a flight attendant who, as of January 1st, 2024, has NOT completed one full year of employment, you will be awarded a pro-rated amount based on the length of time you have been employed with Horizon Air. Please review page 131 of the contract, 12.D.2.A.

No more than two years of uniform accrual may remain in an employee’s bank. For example, a full-time employee who currently has $350 in their bank will have only $300 roll over to the 2025 year. On January 1st, when the company adds the 2025 allowance of $300, you would then have the maximum allotment of $600 for 2025.

Unisync is currently open to place orders. However, in early January 2025, the Unisync website will shut down for approximately one week for inventory. You will need to plan your ordering accordingly. Additionally, funds will not be visible beginning on January 1st, 2025, while processing the new accruals. Please review this Sideletter for those details.

Also, remember your yearly winter wear and yearly shoe reimbursement:

  • Shoe/boot reimbursement of $50.00 per year for uniform-compliant footwear. To find the expense reimbursement form, go to the AAG page, tab HR/Pay/Total Rewards, and click on Expense Reimbursement Form.
  • Flight Attendants will be reimbursed up to $37.50 per year for the purchase of uniform-compliant winter scarves and gloves. Reimbursement will be handled following the same procedures for reimbursement for shoes.
  • You must attach your receipt to the reimbursement form and get it to a supervisor. Remember to take a screenshot for your records.
