IMPORTANT - AIMS/eCREW system Update - Sept 23rd
Management implemented a significant update to AIMS (eCrew) September 23rd, at approximately 2330 PDT. This update addresses many of the issues you've reported with reason codes while using the system for trading and picking up trips.
Key improvements:
- Resolved reason code errors and inconsistencies.
- Improved system responsiveness for a smoother user experience.
AFA testing time of this release has been limited, but have been advised by management that this update is critical to improve system functionality and maintain its operation. If you encounter any problems, please submit a support ticket and include a screenshot.
