Mobilization: A Program of Action and Information

AFA mobilization is a comprehensive program designed to empower every Flight Attendant to actively participate in building a strong union voice. By providing information about key issues and fostering a high level of participation in solidarity activities, Mobilization establishes a structure that ensures our voices are heard and our collective bargaining power is strengthened.

Key Features of Mobilization:

• Information Dissemination: Mobilization volunteers in each base play a crucial role in sharing information quickly and effectively through one-on-one interactions. This ensures that every Flight Attendant is well-informed about the issues at stake and can make informed decisions.
• Collective Action: Mobilization campaigns emphasize the power of unity and solidarity. By working together, we can amplify our voices, negotiate for better wages, benefits, and working conditions, and economic equality.
