Endeavor Flight 4819 incident
Around 2:45pm on Feb 17th Delta Air Lines Endeavor Flight 4819 operated with a CRJ-900 experienced a crash landing at Toronto Pearson International airport. The flight departed from MSP. There are no fatalities and all 80 individuals were evacuated. Please do not speculate on this incident as everyone works to gather information and support those involved.
The pictures and videos of this incident are intense and may cause trigger reactions for crews across the industry and our families. Please look out for each other. AFA has mobilized our critical incident response and AFA EAP resources to support you. Negotiations Mediation Update
As you know, AFA filed for mediation a couple of weeks ago. The National Mediation Board (“NMB”) recently assigned Michael Kelliher as our mediator. Mike has been mediating for nearly 15 years and most recently helped AFA and Alaska achieve their tentative agreements.
