RNO Crew Hotel Relocation for Oct 19

RNO RELOCATION FOR October 19th

Our primary hotel in RNO has notified company management that they will be shutting off their water on 10/19 for several hours. Affected crews are being relocated to our secondary property. Ground transportation will continue to be handled by our third party.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Check your IMD>API>MYCREWCARE>MY TRAVEL for the most current information on your stay. Please note that this information may not be available until the day before your stay.  

- Crew members should not be asked for nor should you ever provide your credit card or drivers licence number when checking into a hotel for your overnight stay. The only ID required is your company badge.  If this should happen,  please contact Crew Scheduling immediately so they can rectify the issue with the hotel.  Our secondary properties are not always aware of our contract as it pertains to these items. Their staff are just following their own company procedures
