Our current primary hotel has advised us that moving forward they are no longer able to accommodate our crews with their hotel shuttle due to staffing challenges. Beginning today, we are utilizing Local Transport for all crew pickups and drop-offs. This information has been updated in MyCrewCare app for MCO for crews, and we've included the contact number below for reference.
There may be some initial hiccups while processes get ironed out, and your patience & professionalism makes a big difference in keeping things running smoothly. If you run into issues, please report them through the usual channels so we can address them quickly. Thanks for your support during this transition.
