PSC Crew Hotel Update

***PSC New Hotel - effective June 1st, 2026***

Please be advised that the company has selected a new primary crew hotel in PSC effective June 1st. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pasco airport - less than 5 minutes. In full disclosure,  AFA determined that the surrounding area provides limited dining, recreational options, and walkable amenities for crew members during layovers and therefore advised management that we did not view the property as a suitable option, despite meeting contract language.

However,  there are some positives. The guest rooms do appear to be very comfortable.  This property has a microwave and fridge in our rooms, with a complimentary full hot breakfast available every morning from 6am-9:30am.   Enjoy their on-site restaurant and bar Valley Bistro which is open Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 9pm where crews receive a 25% discount off food and non-alcoholic beverages. Off-site options include the Willows Café at the golf course, the Non-fiction sandwich shop, and the restaurants located within the nearby Courtyard Marriott & Red Lion. The hotel does have clear "Breakfast to Go" bags. They can offer to-go boxes for the breakfast buffet if the crew wants to take food with them.

The hotel shuttle will operate on-demand, and the hotel has confirmed they will be tracking flights to properly time their pickup/dropoff services for crews.

Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, and a fitness center.
