Your AFA MEC is accepting applications for the Air Safety, Health and Security (ASHS) Chair position. This is an opportunity to help represent Flight Attendants on safety, security, and health issues while working directly with the MEC and company management.
We are looking for a current member in good standing with strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to lead and coordinate in a collaborative environment. Previous committee/local chair experience or other commensurate work experience is helpful.
Interested candidates should submit a biography, resume, and a Commitment to Serve statement by April 27, 2026 at 0900. All candidates, including those who notify AFA during the MEC Election Meeting on April 27, will be considered.
