Vacation Bidding is Open - Need Help?
Vacation bidding 2026 is on! Contractual references for vacation bidding are in our Contract, Article 11, Page 123. Additionally there is a current Vacation Settlement which details the steps to take when bidding to ensure you are paid out your vacation overage, if it looks like you will have any.
Round 1 bids are currently open and will close Oct 21st at 1700 PST. All bidding is done in eCrew.
Round 1 Vacation awards will be posted no later than 1700 on November 1st.

Notes for bidding:
- The “Weeks bidding for” box is actually asking how many TOTAL vacation weeks you want the system to award you for 2026.
- Once you have entered your bids, please know there is NO submit button. To double-check your vacation bids, we suggest that you exit the vacation module and re-enter vacation bidding 2026 and make sure that your vacation priorities are exactly how you would like them.

Negotiations & Impact of Federal Government Shut Down
As you know, the federal government has been shut down since October 1st. We are starting to see the effects of the shutdown in ATC staffing shortages, leading to ground stops and delays. But the shutdown may also have an effect on our negotiations.
