The meeting room is a conference room at PDX in the parking garage. To reach the meeting room:

Go to the north end of the tunnel from the terminal (escalator down to the tunnel from baggage claim) to the Long Term parking garage. Take the elevator to the Port Offices on the 8th floor. A receptionist there can direct you to the Channel meeting room for Alaska/Horizon. The meeting agenda will have Committee reports and discussions from our committee chairs and our base representatives from our three bases, as well as any further discussion and voting on BOD agenda items.

At the end, go out the door to the elevators.
