December Contract Negotiations Updated

AFA and management met briefly (Dec. 4-5, 2024) for contract negotiations. AFA presented a new proposal including previous demands like boarding pay and a wage increase matching Horizon Air pilots. Management offered no response and postponed the next meeting until Dec. 24th. AFA is now considering mediation.
