AFA led off our session last week by passing our proposal for Article 3, Compensation. The items we proposed included: 

Almost a year into direct negotiations with inflight management and yet no comprehensive tentative agreements to improved work rules. Now is the time for solidarity and October 10th in Seattle is an important date. Gather with fellow flight attendants to discuss negotiations and show support for the negotiations team at the AFA mobilization training. When flight attendants stand together, their voices are stronger than ever. So mark your calendar, pack your enthusiasm, and let’s ensure that inflight management gets the message. The committee started discussions on Article 6 (Scheduling) and Article 7 (Reserve).
