Local Council Secretary & CWA Convention Delegate #3

1. The Secretary of the Local Council shall assist the President in administering Local Council funds, maintaining Council records, and perform such other duties that the Council President may assign to the Secretary, and shall in addition, be available to represent the Council at meetings of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article V.H. and Master Executive Council meetings pursuant to Article VII.D.6.
