Hello Fellow Flight Attendants,

I am writing in regard to the importance of reporting irregularity events via the Report It App tool, accessible on the IMD.

Reporting irregularity events help with making improvements in our work environment. The reports contribute to the Safety Management System, which takes the data from the submitted reports and brings that information to the Safety Team and into the Safety meetings, which analyzes root cause and then discusses mitigation to enhance our work environment and the operation as a whole with keeping safety as the priority.

By identifying irregularities during your work day, this information and the data it creates enhances safety for all of us. It brings safety concerns to the forefront and the strengths documented to enhance upon.

Please take the time to use the Report It App to assist with our safety culture as Horizon Air Flight Attendant’s and contribute to keeping safety as priority.
