LOCAL COUNCIL MEETING – SAVE THE DATE

In accordance with the AFA-CWA Constitution & Bylaws, each AFA Local Council must hold at least two Local Council meetings each year that are open to all members in good standing. At least one (1) of these meetings will be held prior to the AFA-CWA Board of Directors (BOD) meeting to discuss and solicit agenda items from Local Council members.  This year, the AFA-CWA BOD meeting will be on May 20-22 in Atlanta. 

Please see the Local Council meeting information below.  Be sure to bid the day off and attend the local council meeting so that we can discuss and provide feedback to your LEC President, Jennifer Levcun, on how you wish for her to vote on the BOD advance agenda items.

Agenda items may be submitted to the Local Executive Council for Local Council consideration by any member in good standing for inclusion in the published agenda.  Such items shall be in writing.  Any agenda item may be introduced by a member at a regular Council meeting subject to the AFA-CWA Constitution & Bylaws.
